From the moment we arrived, the Hotel Manager went above and beyond to make sure my mother was comfortable. They thoughtfully arranged for extra grab rails in the bathroom, which made a huge difference and showed genuine care and attention to accessibility. It gave us great peace of mind throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally polite, respectful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The food deserves special mention — the restaurant serves absolutely amazing meals, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. We truly appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail shown by everyone at the hotel. "Our second time staying at this hotel and this stay exceeded our expectations. I was on a vacation to celebrate my birthday and the hotel staff upgraded us to a suite, decorated my room and left us a cake. Breakfast selection is very good. We ate at the hotel for Christmas Eve buffet, which was also very good. I would definitely recommend staying here and will also come back to stay at this hotel."

"Awful. No heating in the room dispite me upgrading to an executive room. No hot water. I do not recommend this hotel in the winter. I came home ill. For breakfast no juices whatsoever. Never again. I even complained to the general manager of the hotel. Apparently his email address doesn’t work."
