"I got an upgrade to their 4 star resort Hotel Porta Cervino. It is brand new property and is really good. Great rooms with Balcony, coffee machine, accesible charging points."

"Nice location in the village. Good-size room with an older-looking bathroom. You have to go to the hotel next door to check-in where they only had one person doing the work for a few of us showing up at the same time. More illogically, they had three people at the desk the next morning for checking out. Good breakfast."

"We stayed in room #23 which was much larger than expected and included a balcony overlooking a grassy back yard sitting area with a mountain view. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt with fruit and several cold cereals. On sight washer and dryer was very useful. Reception area had a large sitting room that was very homey. The place was very well cared for."

"Beautiful classic hotel! Breakfast was pretty good! One thing that stands out are the staff, all of them were fantastic! I would definitely come back and stay here again. Plus, bonus the view of the majestic Matterhorn all the time and especially when you wake up! Thank you so much for giving me and my sister a wonderful stay! For the beautiful people of Hotel Monte Rosa, you guys rock!"

"The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the main station. It’s clean, offers minimal amenities, and has a great breakfast. Unfortunately, my stay ended on a very negative note. On my last night, I was locked out of my room after reception had closed. There was no visible emergency contact at the front desk, and if one exists, it certainly wasn’t made clear. I tried reaching out via Expedia chat and WhatsApp, but received no response, even while writing this review. As a result, I had no choice but to spend the night sleeping on the sofa in the reception area until staff returned in the morning. It was an extremely frustrating and uncomfortable experience. At the very least, the hotel should provide a clearly visible 24-hour emergency contact for situations like this."

"Everything about the Beausite was perfect. Staff very attentive and friendly. The extras are appreciated-- the slippers, robes, ski locker room (heated for drying out gear), saunas were fabulous. The treats in the room each day were so nice as well. Breakfast buffet was excellent-- I am a tea drinker and loved the tea station. Thank you for an excellent stay!"
