We stayed in two rooms. The first two nights we treated ourselves to the rooftop with hot tub. While the room itself was wonderful, as was the space on the private patio, we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the hot tub, and therefore did not use it. The property was responsive to coming to look at it, and vacuum out sand that was in it, but it was still very cloudy and dirty looking after. We decided it wasn’t worth the risk of sitting in a merky hot tub. This issue therefore made the upgrade we paid for this room, not worth it. The nespresso coffee machine was also not working.
We switched to a regular room for our last night. It was a great room, very clean, had a fridge and a kettle to make instant coffee. Nice patio to sit out on.
The hotel staff were wonderful, always happy. The breakfast selection and quality/taste of food was great.
The location was fantastic, close to beach, shopping and the port and restaurants.
We would recommend this property, but would not recommend the upgraded room.
