We had a lovely stay at Hotel Proteas Naxos! The property is gorgeous, very Grecian and their landscaping is impecable, beautifully manicured and maintained. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The room we had was exactly like the photos, comfortable and had everything we needed. Located a short walk from the beaches and all the restaurants and shops. The staff was wonderfull as well, super accomodating and kind. Would absolutely reccomend to anyone to stay here when visiting Naxos. Great value for your money.

The family who run the hotel are friendly and so welcoming. The Junior Suite with Sea view was clean, spacious and modern and had a brilliant terrace with views over the town and sea. A lovely breakfast and extra added touches made our stay a brilliant one.

The hotel visually looks nice. The rooms were spacious, basic, and it had nice kitchenette with fridge. The towels and sheets were stiff. Shower and toilet were tight space. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. I ended up moving to a property closer to the beach as I didn't like walking down the roads from the hotel that were dark at night.

Beautiful hotel, inside and out, like a picture perfect postcard. Impeccable service. Extremely quiet and relaxing. The family owns it with care and dedication and it shows. Was a perfect welcome and introduction for first time travelers to Greece. Highly recommend.

The staff was very helpful and attended to all our needs, even helped us carry our luggage to the room. The room was clean with a bit of sea view. We decided to rent a car and they had guest parking available. Location is very ideal with 4 minutes walk to the beach and few minutes to the nearby restaurants for various meal options.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Proteas! The hotel is immaculate and very well appointed. A lovely family owns and runs it and their attention to detail is evident. The rooms and furnishings are modern and comfortable. Every room has private outdoor seating as well. The pool was perfect! The food was delicious…homemade on site. The hotel is a short walk to beaches, restaurants and bus service. The area is quiet and safe. I can highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers. Enjoy this Naxos gem!

Lovely stay!

Great location within a close walk to the beach and town but on the outskirts so nice and quiet. Lovely well kept facilities throughout the hotel including the pool and food provided. The room was spacious, modern and well equiped.

Stayed 2 nights at Proteas and we absolutely loved our stay. The accommodation is gorgeous and the pool is much larger than I was expecting. Staff are wonderful. It’s a 10min walk to all the shops, cafes, restaurants and beach. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something away from the chaos but still very close to everything and with such beautiful character.

Nice and easy to get to the beach

Nice hotel, each room has a balcony. Large rooms but the beds and sheets were not very comfortable. Good location with a 5 min walk to the beach. Breakfast was very convenient at the hotel. The island is amazing and you should rent a car to check it out!

A beautiful boutique hotel which was extremely clean. Food and drinks were affordable. Very quiet and peaceful at all times. If you like jumping and diving into a swimming pool, this will not be the hotel for you as it was not allowed. The whole atmosphere was tranquil and relaxing. Although there were families at the hotel, it was definitely an adult vibe. There was no nonsense of bagging sun beds either which was a relief. Near to town and the bus stop to Naxos. Just one thing to note, the Expedia advert at the time of booking gave the impression that breakfast was included but it wasn’t - my error but a bit of grey in its wording I feel.

Excellent in every way!

The family-run Proteas Hotel is excellent in every respect. The staff are amazing - informative, helpful, warm and friendly. The location is lovely, on a hill-top overlooking the sea just outside of Agios Prokopolis. It’s only a short walk to the beach or the bus stop that will take you into Chora, the main town for just Euros 2! Everything was sparkling, with daily room cleaning. The swimming pool offered a welcome relief from the heat of the afternoon. The hotel offers breakfast and light meals, which were well prepared. The guests were quiet and the peaceful evenings on our terrace were not disturbed. We loved the place and hope to come back again someday!
