Pleasant stay

Neat and clean apartments with nice sea views and a great sunrise. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Good for families. Convenient spot to travel towards all Halkidiki directions (“legs”). Internet needs improvement in some apartments. Nice overall.

Property was ok, not worth $250 per night though. What made it worse is that the AC wasnt working properly. It was very difficult to sleep in the heat, and the manager had nothing but excuses, such as We cant get a repairman to come look at it because no one will show up for only one unit. Or in his estimated opinion, he said that the ac will possibly cool down to 24 C if you leave ot on all day. I doubt it cooled down to 24C, but even if it can reach that low, its too hot to sleep. A proper working AC should not take all day to possibly hit 24C. This wasnt a good experience at all for me.

Gepflegt, strandnah

Die Unterkunft war sauber gepflegt, geräumig und neu(wertig). Schönes Badezimmer. Direkt am schmalen Strand. (Badeschuhe wg. Kies sinnvoll) Wir hatten eine Keycard als Zugang zum Apartment, aber keinen Schlüssel, obwohl es ein Schloss gab. Am letzten Tag wollten wir noch kurz im Meer baden, nahmen nichts außer der Keycard mit. Als wir zurück kamen, ließ sich die Tür nicht öffnen. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt, für Notfälle gab es eine Telefonnummer. Ein Handy hatten wir nicht dabei, Wasser zum Trinken auch nicht. Um es kurz zu machen: Nach 3 Stunden wurde uns die Tür geöffnet! Stromausfall im Apartment!! Ich habe daraus gelernt: Wenn nicht 24/7 eine Rezeption geöffnet ist, werde ich eine alleinige Keycard nicht mehr akzeptieren. Aus Angst. Und wir hatten noch "Glück", es geschah zu einer "zivilen" Zeit (18-21 Uhr), denn wir kamen tlw. auch sehr spät von Ausflügen zurück. Mit vielen Worten hat man um Entschuldigung gebeten; ganz ehrlich: eine Einladung zu einem griech. Getränk o.ä. hätte ich angemessener gefunden.

Die Appartements sind sehr neu von allen Appartement kann man das Meer sehen. Die Wohnung sind sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben 7 Tage einen erholsamen Urlaub in Elpiniki Appartement gehabt.💜

Πολύ ομορφο το διαμέρισμα μας! Περάσαμε υπέροχα! Καινούργιο! Μπροστά στη θάλασσα, θέλει αυτοκίνητο για να πας μεσα στην ποτιδαια, 5 λεπτά, αλλά αυτό είναι το καλό αν θες την ησυχία σου!!
