This is uncommon and should disqualify this hotel from its 4-Star standard category. This toilet requirement should be transparent and guests should be aware in advance at time of booking and not informed at check-in. This leaves the guests no recourse to cancel booking if unsatisfied with this unsanitary...

"This is a lovely, well managed hotel. We had breakfast and dinner included and buffet style options were great. Staff is very kind and helpful. Beach is few hundred meters on each side. Highly recommend it."
