"We arrived at 1:30 am and couldn’t figure out the lock so we called and the live agent was super helpful walking us through everything. The home was lit up and warm on that very cold morning. Everything was clean and in working order, WiFi was provided, good water pressure, TVs in most rooms. Comfortable beds with nice bedding. It was perfect size for our family needs during this trip. "

"Upon arrival surrounding area was not inviting. Seemed slummy. Front porch steps broken and unlevel. Looked unkempt. Front door window was very large. Could view inside home with no secure feeling, no blind or cover up. Very neat appearance when entering, however could tell this was a very old home that was dolled up a little. Hardwood floors felt they would cave in at any moment, not clean, grouty and dirty. Could see foot print stains of shoe bottoms in the glare of the floor. Master bedroom...
