Don't do it

Bare minimum. Musty room, tiny shower, two thin bath towels for two queen beds (additional towels cost extra), no blanket (only thin sheet and bed spread).

NOT an Expedia affiliated property! Arrived and they had no reservation for me. However, they had a room and it was very nice. Only complaint is tub was small (couldn't sit with legs straight) and water wasn't hot enough for a bath. But the stopper worked! That was huge! Doesn't look like much from the outside, but housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. Valentino's Buffet across the street didn't hurt either.

We stopped for the night on our way to Wyoming. Check in was quick and the owner was very nice. Room is small but we just needed to sleep anyway. We would stay again.

Dirty beds

Room seemed clean. Did smell stale. Pulled blankets back on one of the two beds, hair and a stain on the pillow case, hair on sheets! Pull back second bedding, hair and stains on sheets! We bring jet back to front desk, the manager was gone, gal calls, Nick, all he can say is no refund! Read the sign, you didn't cancel within 24 hours. Excuse me??? We didn't just change our minds! This is a health issue!! Totally disgusted all the way around!!

We were told the room was non-smoking but smoke smell was horrible and burned our eyes. It needs to be deep cleaned or have carpet, curtains, replaced. Asked for another room and owner (?) got a little defensive about how he couldn’t control people smoking in the room, but did give us another room which was clean and functional. Shower was very tiny. I’m short, but shower head came only to my chin.

Clean and comfortable.

Not set up for ADA how ever, no steps to the office, park in front of outside room door with no steps.if you are heading home that day and don't need a shower this is the place. not a four star, but clean, quiet and great location to interstate 39, hwy 75 and places to eat within walking distance, if you don't have a cane.

Definitely a no-frills, cheap motel room, but conveniently located for what we needed. Terrible lighting, loud air conditioner, decent tv, uncomfortable bed...but fine for $50.

Older roadside motel but adequately maintained. Microwave and small refrigerator but no coffee/coffee pot in room. Tiny bathroom- a larger individual would have difficulty getting into and/or tirning around in it.

Good spot for the price

This is a great spot to spend a night or two while on the road. Comfortable beds, smoking rooms available, clean, great management, and secure rooms. No coffee maker in the room, but there's a microwave and mini-fridge

Cheap rates. You get what you pay for.

Owner was friendly. Rooms were not updated. Very few amenities. Bathroom floor was slick getting out of shower, be careful. Beds were ok if you like them hard. Room was fairly clean. Other guests were questionable but had no issues with noise or vehicle. Room was cheap. I guess that makes me cheap. I had no big expectations when making the reservation and I pretty much got what I expected.

Economy Inn Nebraska City

This was a bed to sleep in. Nothing more. The set up for the bathroom was horrible. Unless you weighed less than 100 lbs it was almost impossible to get to the shower. There was no room to get to the shower between the sink, toilet and wall. Almost had to climb over the sink to get there. Totally unsat. The closet also was not in a convenient place. Lookes like they must have remodeled, but gave up moving room to make more rooms. Definitely not a place to recommend.
