"Our stay at Ferrer concord was exceptional. The location is perfect being on the beach, yet it’s not noisy (other than the wonderful sound of crashing waves). The beach itself is nice, there are sunbeds which must be paid for but it’s easier to just use the free hotel sunbeds and pop to the sea for a swim since it’s so close! Even after the entertaining morning stampede for sun beds, there were some left. It was clean, one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. The food was tasty and enough variety even for a picky eater like myself. Lots of vegetarian options if that’s your thing. Food was of good quality. Breakfast and evening meal is at this hotel, lunch is only available in the partner hotel across the road which wasn’t a problem. We had the gold all inclusive package and there was a good amount of free drinks available including a handful of cocktails - though I must add that all inclusive cocktails were not the same as if you pay for them. But I thought they tasted great so all good. I think hotel entertainment etc might have been at the partner hotel across the road. Not something which interested us so can’t comment on that. It felt like Janero was the noisier hotel with more children etc, while Concord was the quieter peaceful hotel. The staff are friendly and do an amazing job. Cleaners keep everything spotless. Kitchen staff serve amazing food. Reception staff friendly and informative.The bar staff work hard so there’s little to no wait for a drink which is great."

"Comfortable beds, nicely furnished . Buffet breakfast good. Very clean . Charging for an iron ridiculous . Pool hours in high season are crazy. Sitting about waiting for it to open at 10 when sun has been up for a couple of hours . Not best hotel pools for sunbeds as sunlight is blocked . Nice friendly staff. Good quality drinks at bar. Sangria was lovely. Food at lounge was very good A good stay but would t stay again. "

"We only stayed 3 nights, but had a wonderful stay. Room was a little dated, however it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was in a lovely quiet street. Lovely pool area. Every member of staff were exceptional, always greeted us with a hello, very efficient and professional. Lovely breakfast - would definitely come back "

"Excellent hôtel à tous points de vue. Rien ne manque et tout fonctionne parfaitement : clim, frigo, tv etc. Accueil très souriant, avec upgrade vue mer sans rien demander 😊. Personnel de ménage très gentil et souriant. Fabuleux buffet de petit déjeuner. Hôtel visiblement bien managé. Nous avions pris 2 nuits, nous sommes restés 4 ! Juste à savoir : parking gratuit mais plus difficile le soir. Suggestion : remplacer les échantillons de savon /shampoing par des bouteilles fixées au mur, comme partout maintenant. "
