"I had a wonderful stay at Coco La Palm. Our housekeeper, Alicia, was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. She always made sure we had fresh, clean towels and kept our room spotless throughout our stay. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and friendly, which made our experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The most relaxing resort stay I ever had in the Caribbean. No noise. Jungle setting was unique. Rooms (bungalow) was awesome experience. Staff was not in your face all the time and was there only when you wanted or needed them. Swim up bar was just the right size and setting for us. Kudos. I try all kinds of resorts but I may even be back here sooner rather than later."

"Been to this hotel several times over the last 10yrs. It’s consistent. Nice staff especially Georgia in the kitchen and Tina at the bar. In general same staff most whom have been there over 20yrs. There breakfast and dinners are where they shine. The lunches are lacking. Quiet and calm hotel with some of the best cliff water swimming in Negril."

"The building where I stayed needs renovation. The food and entertainment was "Americanized" I was not impressedat all. The staff was excellent. The beach and property overall are beautiful. The spa was excellent. It is a great, safe place to relax and enjoy yourself, as long as you are not expecting an authentic Jamaican experience. I will definitely be back and would recommend it to others."

"Everything is great, but make sure to find out if the room has glass windows or just screens with wood shutters first. Especially if you prefer A/C. Yes, you can shut the shutters and runny AC unit and it does cool down pretty well. However, you have to keep all the shutters closed, which means your view is blocked."
