Melanie at the front desk is truly top-tier. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, relaxing, and productive. Her professionalism and kindness made all the difference. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience!"

"Our stay was excellent-our flight was delayed and we did not get in until midnight-staff was changing when we got in-the leaving staff knew my name as soon as we walked through the door-starting staff smoothly picked up-front desk is 24/7-air conditioning worked sooo well we were cold and had to turn up the heat. 20% discount on affiliated pool and spa next door. Next day-Luis front desk was wonderful-personable-gave us some gem tourist sites to check out- let us have 1hr later checkout-and held our bags after we checked out until we retrieved them at 2:30. All throughout hotel were perfect photo shoot opportunities! We loved it and God willing will be back!!! Much is Gracias❣️殺"
