Hotel Phillips
Beautiful property. Nice furnishings. However, one of the closets smelled very musty. And the HVAC system would not shut off. Even on heat it was still blowing cold air. Dog-friendly Bartlesville Retreat w/ Yard!
This is a very clean home in a quiet neighborhood. It is conveniently located a couple of minutes from downtown Bartlesville. This was our second time staying here, and we're planning to do it again next year!
