"We were late from cancelled flight. We were met with alot of resistance and front desk clerk was rude and condescending. (Terry or Kerry); she did seem overwhelmed and eventually was accommodating but not a good experience. Hotel was nice. Airport transportation was nice. Good location"

"Hotel is in a great location. Probably a good renovation is due but still in pretty good shape. Room cleaners are pretty loud in the morning. "We liked the coffee bar in the morning. We didn’t like not being able to park in the basement. That would have made a difference. Communication was bad, it was very hard to get someone to speak with regarding all the issues that we had from the beginning of our stay."
