This property is lovely olde world hotel. Furnishings not modern but in keeping with the theme of the place. Clean and quiet room. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

The honest lawyer was the perfect place to stay for an early departure at the Nelson airport – the best part was the friendly staff! Ian, the person that checked us in, was delightful – thank you!

The highlight was definitely the restaurant meal. While room was tidy, good range of coffes, teas, continental breakfast, it was very small, especially the shower. Staff were friendly at both reception and in restaurant. Massive outdoor dining and family area. Definitely will be back.
