"An overnight stay out of school holidays so very quiet. A large well equipped unit. Friendly and helpful staff. Veranda with bush views and nice walks around the property. Close to town and the beach but the sign is hard to see in the dark. If are a light sleeper and leave the heating on, you may be woken by what sounds like a truck at 5:30 am. It is just the cooling unit right outside the bedroom window so remember to turn it off!"

"Overall the room was comfortable and reasonably clean. You could not see through the glass doors on the wardrobe, they were so grubby with fingerprints everywhere and stains on the lounge, probably could do with a good steam clean. Even though it was summer, the pool looked like it could do with a good clean. I did not have a spare toilet roll. I know it was the weekend, but the office was not open, and I could not ask for extra coffee or the toilet paper. I had to leave around 10.00am each...

"Clean comfortable Cabin. Beds were good. We were able to cook a leg of lamb with roast vegies and cook green vegies. Really appreciated the cooking facilities. The gum trees at the back were beautiful and there was a lovely aroma from them."

"Booked through Expedia, sight unseen, we were pleasantly surprised. Warmly greeted on arrival by Corinne (and a couple of rascally Furkids), we were shown the premises and given a choice of rooms with a theme. We took "Africa" and were not disappointed. "It was relaxing. For us it was a nice couple of days away from home. The only thing was the smoke alarm went off at around 6 pm for no apparent reason (we were not cooking or anything.) and frightened the s**t out of us, at least we knew it worked. "
