"Our stay was very good. Staff and property were top notch. Evening bar and snack were not of our liking. Skipped both nights events. Breakfast bar was a 10 on our first day's stay however, the second morning's bar was not as good as the morning before. The breakfast potatoes were hard as though they were left over from the previous day and were uneatable. Same meat and eggs as were served on our first day's stay. Thus, skip the breakfast and evening food bars and plan on going out on your own."

"Entrance from street is less than ideal. Water shut off 9PM - 1AM however notification was posted at front desk when checking in. Disappointed no MLB Network on the TV. Was unable to check out on TV as service was down. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Overall great stay and will stay again if ever in Springfield"
