Property nicely located near middle of the main drag. Just across the street from the Cottage Bakery, a must to visit, and next door to the "famous" Marsh free Museum and gift shop. A Pacific Nortthwest landmark for many decades. "

"Staff was rude to me because I had a service animal and came in my room without knocking and accused me of leaving my dog alone when I was in the shower which is confusing , I was charged 100$ fee for dog poop and I know for a fact that was completely made up , I have ocd and ptsd and I checked the room and even cleaned up most of it myself, no dog poop but I was charged 100$ , they threatened to kick me out for having my service animal , the room was dirty when I first arrived but I let that go, horrible experience and I have stayed in frank hotels many times and never had a single issue until this. When I called about the 100$ fee that was given to me for no reason they said the manager isn’t there but she never leaves and were rude to me again. "

"Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make alot of meals. Hotel is quiet and the beds and pillows are comfortable. Staff were all very helpful and friendly and even loaned us a barbeque one evening! Building is tired but rooms are well maintained - highly recommend it for a modestly priced motel in Ilwaco. "

"Breakfast was packaged pastries etc. The person checking us in said the hotel isn't affiliated with the bar, but then they said they were the one running bingo night over at the bar. Two free drinks are two free bottled waters; however, we still did not receive those even upon request. This was our third stay and we miss the experience we had the first time we stayed. Room was clean."
