"Room was not clean there was hair fibers all around the floor There is not glass or whatever to have some drink in it Apartment if i can call it that way was much smaller around 20 square meters and in description it say more then 30 So the price we pay is totally too big for such a small room with nothing in it This room is not worth much that 30 euro per night Never again "

"The room was great, very cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for our holiday. The location was really convenient, with grocery stores, restaurants, and metro and bus stations all close by. The only small issues were that the WiFi could be slow at times, and the hot water didn’t last long after turning off the heat button. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d recommend it! "

"Newly refurbished building very centrally located. Apartment is very nice, good facilities and very comfortable bed. We had the large apartment with balcony. Would recommend for a stay in Thessaloniki. However, 2 negative things that can be easily fixed by the management company. 1. We were not provided with any check in details and there was no one at the building when we arrived at 3.00pm. We called 2 different numbers several times but no one answered. "The hotel and their staff are wonderful. The hotel is clean and modern and the room was HUGE with a wonderful view including water. Staff were lovely at the front desk and exceptionally efficient as well. The entire hotel smells amazing, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and it’s very cutesy. There are a few reasons it could be a 4 star. The beds aren’t that comfy, we needed to arrange AC w the front desk (but they did it remotely!), and the staff at the attached restaurant are absolutely hit and miss w service/friendliness Then there is the parking. This we had to do on our own. There is a private parking lot a 2 min walk from the hotel, and your car is locked up from 5pm-11 am the next day. 15 euros for an overnight. We were over the moon bc this hotel is in a zone where parking is .. stressful. We love this spot. Cute, clean, comfy, fun, friendly… we would go back any day. "

"This is a stunning hotel, the staff make it be so good. Nothing is ever an issue, even when I had a couple of minor little issues, they got rectified straight away. Everywhere was nice and clean and fresh looking. The breakfast itself was lovely, a good selection, but would have been nice if it was a bit more varied each day, but what was on offer was well cooked. Yes, you are not very close to many restaurants, even though the one in the restaurant for an evening meal was amazing and delicious food was had. The shuttle into town was perfect for us, dropped us in town and then we had 3hrs before we came back, plenty of time for a drink and a meal. The pool is a good size and kept nice and clean "
