"This isn't our first stay at Stamford Plaza, it is a great place to stay, location is brilliant, staff are very friendly and helpful, room was great, comfortable bed and everything you need on hand. "Was allocated the "Loft" for the 2 day stay, walked in then walked out - dirty, unclean linen, very old bed/s, sagging and falling apart, lack of maintenance - dripping taps, non working light fittings, the room was dark, damp and smelled of mould and dirt. Nothing like the description, - the main building looks exactly like the photo's and suggests an amazing place to stay. For the money being charged, the property would need to pay me to stay there. Only upside was, one very accommodating staff member, who was very understanding and helpful. We were advised that they are planning renovations - needs to happen sooner rather than later."
