3/5 Okay
"Nice staff, very helpful that they try to speak in English. But parking is atrocious around 3-7 PM, the hotel is extremely dated (how does any hotel not have USB chargers for guests in this day and age?), terribly old beds, and in a very noisy area right next to apartment complexes. Plus, they offer a “deal” with the local diner next door that allows you to pay for your dinner at the hotel and take the voucher to the restaurant for your meal. It’s supposed to help make it easier on guests. But the restaurant staff seem to have no clue how it works and give you less food than you actually paid for. Food was actually good, but paid for three courses and a drink and got a pizza and a soda that would’ve cost 10 Euro less if I’d just ordered it directly at the red. If you don’t speak Italian so you can protest, it basically becomes a tourist scam. "
