"The bedding was dirty. I asked the staff for clean sheets and pillow cases specifically. He did offer another room and it was just as dirty. The floor hadn’t been swept. The curtains were dry rotted, the air conditioning was good. To top it off, I fell down the stairs in the stair well. The paint that’s on the stairs is not the proper paint for floors. Trash and debris everywhere. Your online pictures do not match your rooms."
