"The air conditioning wouldn't turn off, we froze in the room all night. We were told it was a new system and some rooms had problems The toilet ran all the time and the room next to us was very loud late into the night. We got very little sleep and no effort was made at any time to put us in a different room even after we complained about these multiple issues. Sophie at the bar was great as was Wayne the security guy. Hotel was clean, it just wasn't an enjoyable stay."
