"Super simple check-in. Expedia needs to update the conformation procedures but overall just provide your name and host was able to find check-in number. The "pods" were accessible and surprisingly spacious. The host were kind and very knowledgeable. Recommend 100% and I hope City Hub expands into the United States. Great Company and stay all around. "What a great medium sized hotel, centered on horses but great for anyone, very near a great hotsprings hike. Excellent food. comfy lobby with coffee, tea, cookies. Very friendly staff"
