Cozy hotel, lovely pool and friendly staff

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Italia. The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and we had what we needed in our room. The pool was great and clean, and felt very private which was nice. We can definitely recommend this cozy hotel when going to Nessebar.

Nice hotel close to Old Nessebar and Sunny beach

Very nice pool, very good breakfast. The owner is kind, we missed breakfast one morning and he gave us breakfast later. Old Nessebar and Sunny beach are in walking distance. We really liked the hotel.

Given that it was ‘out of Season’ the hotel was fine for B&B. The pool was not heated. Too cold to swim in in October. The room was small but comfortable. The Proprietor was very very attentive! Breakfast was very good. The lift was Panoramic.

När man kom in och fick träffa Chris så blev man välkomnad som en familjemedlem. Så underbar. Mina barnbarn fick möjlighet att öva sin engelska när han tålmodigt väntade på vad de sa. Kommer defintivt åka hit flera ggr.

Ett litet trevligt hotell med pool & trevlig välkomnande personal. Frukost serverades vi poolen på morgonen vilket var mysigt. Här kunde man ligga vid poolen hela dagen om man ville. Eller gå en liten promenad ner till havet vilket tog ca 10-15 min. Nära till restauranger och köp gata. Vi var här i 15 dagar och storm trivdes. Detta är ett hotell som vi varmt kan rekommendera.

Fantastiskt litet hotel med trevlig personal

Fantastiskt trevligt litet hotel med mycket hjälpsam personal. Jag hade ett rum högst upp med rund säng och balkong med delvis sjöutsikt. Liten frukostbuffé som hade samma basutbud som större hotel och den serverades vid poolen. Poolen var lagom stor och hade en bar, mycket trevligt. Hotellet låg på en bakgata men var nära till allt. Bästa läge. Ända negativa var att fiskmåsar hade ungar på taken runt om så mellan varven var det ett väldigt liv och dom väckte mig hela natten. Detta kan inte hotellet hjälpa och det kanske var samma överallt. Rekommenderar varmt detta hotell och skulle definiera bo där igen.

Chris the owner was very helpful and nothing was a bother to him,one of the friendliest people we have met.There was always plenty to eat for breakfast. Hotel was well situated easy access to buses,we were out of season but still managed to walk to old town nesseber and sandy beach of sunny beach. Would reccomend the hotel to anyone and we would definatley stay there again

How often do you have the chance to sleep in a round bed?! Lovely place, lovely and charming host Chris, and lovely food places in the environment. A super price to value relationship!

Beautiful, quiet and cosy place, close to main beach and not so far from old town. Great staff, clean rooms, cute swimming pool, good breakfast and of course very attentive and helpful owner Chris. Me and and my girlfriend had spent amazing 7 days with Chris and other staff. Hopefully we will come back again soon. I strongly recommend hotel Italy for your holiday and stay in Nessebar.
