"My mother and I stayed for one night and we would never return to this hotel . The service was disrespectful, unsafe and incredibly rude . My mother and I have never been treated so poorly . The first day we arrived at the hotel to be greeted by the cleaning lady that asked to be paid immediately. I gave her cash but she wasn’t able to supply us with a receipt. "A very basic hotel that could be so much better. Everything looked tired in this property…the furniture, the walls and floors, even the staff. Lacked basics like wash clothes, coffee for coffeemaker, hair dryer, king beds had two measly little pillows. Great location in the center of town and spectacular views over the harbor."

"This “so called” 5 stars hotel does not deserve even 3 stars. Nobody picks up your luggage on arrival. They dont escort you to your room. The pool is over chlorined, makes your skin rash and feel sick from breathing. There is moist at the pool where the pool water ends. There is no room service. You have to go fetch anything you need from the bar. The cleaning staff wakes you up with sounds each morning at 8. The place where you have open buffet is so hot, no air conditioning. All food that needs to be kept cool are hot. We have informed the hotel that our daıghter has celiacs disease and we need special meal requirements, they ignored, did not help. And the staff is unhappy, not helpful, serving with a bad and “bored” attitude. "
