So disappointing

The office welcoming was not great at all, the manager was on the phone while talking to us. We got a very broken room, NO internet, AC worked for only 2 days. Not enough towels- which were new from the box - not washed- so it was very unpleasant to use. It left a lot of lint on our skin :( AC stopped working and they did not want to fix it say it's November and it not supposed to be hot !! but it was 89F. The floor in the hallway were cleaned very poorly.
