This was our 2nd time staying at the San Carlos as didn’t disappoint. Location perfect for walking to Central Park, Grand Central. Located near subway station.
Room was very spacious, clean with tv & air con. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

All staff were helpful and friendly. My daughter is in wheelchair. The accessibility was superior to other hotels we have stayed in. Only improvement would be to add safety bars by toilet and in shower.
Overall very pleasant stay and I highly recommend the Lombardy to others.

"I was scheduled for a 9am surgery at Morristown hospital but when I got to my car I found the battery had died. Mr Wilson at the front desk helped us get someone to jump start the car he then drove me to the hospital so my wife could go to Autozone.He was a lifesaver for going above and beyond. Thanks ..."

"Excellent breakfast they have an omelette station- pool was warm they have give you a free drink at the bar one per guest per day the only issue are the room it’s very old and they charge $15 per day parking that’s too much"
