We didn’t even check in while we were in line to check in multiple customers told the staff about no air conditioning in the rooms and mould on the walls the lady on the desk was very matter of fact said she could’ve changed the room if they told them. We decided to cancel and book somewhere else. The lady on the desk advised me that was the best thing to do as she couldn’t guarantee us a room that wouldn’t have the same issues other customers experienced. As we were rebooking in reception there was another couple doing the same thing. There are much better places in New York for not much more money.

"A/C issue to start the night, maintenance was very helpful and corrected it quickly. The lobby of the hotel is nice and clean, the rooms were clean, but the hallway corridors were not very clean."

"The hotel was very noisy and loud at night creating a challenge to getting to sleep for an early morning flights. The iPad menus need to be cleaned after each use with a screen wipe, They were unsanitary and disgusting. Restaurant prices were well above average for the area."
