"Excelente! Apartamento com tudo novo, boa estrutura conforme anunciado, anfitrião muito acessível e prestativo. Vi que alguém reclamou das portas/janelas estarem danificados, mas estão perfeitas! São modelos com vedação dupla contra som e frio e abrem em dois sentidos, horizontal (porta) e vertical (ventilação). Boa localização 10 minutos da estação de trem a pé. Não tenho nada a reclamar e certamente me hospedaria novamente."

"The property was conveniently located across the street from bus#9 and several blocks from coffee shop, train/bus station and supermarket. When we arrived the twin bed was broken along with two door handles. The owner was aware but never addressed it. We just received automated messages since they were out of town. We were only supplied with one garbage bag and dishwasher pod. There was no soap, wine opener or wine glasses. Overall the apartment was ok for a few days. "

"Le logement était très sécurisé facile d'accès. Très spacieux avec de belles pièces notamment le grand espace salon cuisine et les 2 grandes chambres. Très bien insonorisé aucun bruit extérieurs. Par contre nous avons été extrêmement choqués de constater que la criminalité (dealers, prostitution, agressions,... et j'en passe, fasse partie du décor et, ce à tout juste 50 mètres de la résidence où nous avons séjourner et de très bonne heure il était 21h.
