"Hotel is right in the airport. Rooms are very dark and poorly lit. This is a busy airport hotel. So, it is not cheap. Room cost high and breakfast cost high."

"we had to cancel our booking for 1 night due to airport closure in Tel Aviv (ongoing war with Iran) formally requested refund (outside of the allotted refund terms) due to 'force majeure' beyond our control the hotel declined. would have expected reasonable understanding for circumstances like this from a large chain like Holiday Inn"

"The whole entire reason for staying at this hotel was the free shuttle service. So we could stay after flying and get the early trains out the next day. Despite me asking on check in about the shuttle- just come down and the next day telling us to wait the shuttle be here. turns out the shuttle only comes when pre booked (WHY DIDNT ANYONE SAY When specifically asked). NO shuttle- told only solution is to walk to the tram (not far but through a construction site and with kids and bags- a faff & not what we signed upto. Missed the train- so had to wait 1 hour and waste the day. Wouldnt stay again- incompetent"
