"We had booked a Lakeview and we ended up with looking on the sides of the building and trees. Be careful what you book. Staff was full of excuses and were not helpful. Did not care about the guests opinion."

"Very clean, spacious, convenient location! Kitchen and bathroom were nice. Pillows were too flat and the toaster slots were too narrow for our bread. There is no elevator to upstairs. Other than those, you would have an excellent stay in the beautiful city of Schwerin."
