Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Es war absolut in Ordnung und gros genug für uns. Die Parkplatzsituation war katastrophal. Es gibt nicht genug Parkplätze und wenn man Pech hat muss man sonst wo parken. Wir haben Halbpension gebucht. Zum Frühstück gab es Getränke und zum Abendessen musste alles extra bezahlt werden, das wussten wir vorab jedoch nicht. Die Poolanlage ist super und der Ausblick herrlich.

The hotel its self was clean and the most likeable for me was breakfast time. Variety of food and eat as much as you want. Staff were helpful and kind. Pools were easily accessible with plenty of space around. Daily house keeping and linen change.

Bra hotell, rent fint och fräscht. All personal var trevlig och hjälpsam. Rena rum och städning varje dag. Rekommenderar restaurangen på stranden. Maten var 10/10 och speciellt en stor eloge för servitörerna i strand restaurangen som såg till att du som kund alltid fick en trevlig kväll och god mat serverad.

Huge hotel in Neum. A decent gym, a large indoor pool and a really nice rooftop infinity pool. Access to the beach via the elevator then tunnel was a good bonus. Nice little bars and restaurants on the beach front. The Hotel was ok, service quite good. The breakfast was a bit of a let down in terms of quality. It was a bit chaotic because so many people in a large hotel but the quality of hot items was not good.

After checking out they are not allowing to stay for the rest of a day to enjoy swimming pool. I traveled all over the world and this is ONLY hotel that doesn’t allow it.Unbelievable

Hotellet tar bra betalt för dryck till maten

Fint hotell med ett antal år på nacken mitt i Neum. 2 pooler. Tråkig mat med billiga ingredienser. Samma med frukosten. Har man halvpension ingår middag. Dryck köpes separat och ingick inte. Mycket mycket dyrt med läsk och öl till maten. Den som vill resa hållbart ska nog inte åks hit heller. Ingen sopsortering och massa engångsplast.

Grand Hotel är kanske inte det 4-stjärninga hotell man förväntar sig. Personal som ser allmänt likgiltiga ut, en middagsbuffé som är allt annat än bra som var totalt smak- och färglös och allmänt stökig miljö. Kanske beror det på att huvuddelen av gästerna bestod av bussresor... Rummet höll en standard som man ofta möts av i östeuropa. Dock är dessa hotell då inte 4-stjärninga.
