"Stated it had air conditioning, but it could not be controlled in the room! Was very hot and could not keep the window open due to the street noise. Also the internet was out for Android phones for 2 days! It worked the morning I left, but for 2 nights nothing!!! Unacceptable!!"

I was allocated a smoking room which stank like an ashtray. I asked to move to another room and was told that they were full and couldn't move me, however later I heard someone just checking in being offered an option for a smoking or no smoking room
