Stunning hotel, great service and unbeatable value. Rooms are beautiful, not "actual" caves but the architecture is very reminiscent of the local caves. Perfectly located with tons of walking dining and shopping options and very easy to visit all the local beautiful sites. The pool was very clean and not crowded at all, very relaxing, refreshing and comfortable. We loved our stay.

A pleasant experience overall. The location was excellent - just a short walk from the main market and various attraction offices, which made exploring super easy. The ambience of the hotel was charming and unique, really adding to the Cappadocia vibe. Overall it’s a lovely and convenient place to stay with great staff. The rooms do need some overall work such as behind the bathroom door are the pipes that you can see from what has been cut into the wall. The bathroom door isn’t fully sealed and sound proof so you have to be comfortable with your partner. Also the shower could use a light fitting so you can see better.

The beds need replacing. The pillows and mattresses were super soft. The bed frames creaked anytime you moved. The shower needs a good scrub. There was mildew and black buildup in the door cracks and around the shower floor. The internet was fine. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really nice with lots of different and local options. The price was extremely reasonable.

Subpar location. WiFi never worked although a technician was promised. The suite included 2 single beds in the foyer. Would not recommend.

Nice location in town. Nice friendly staff. Nice viewing area on the roof. Breakfasts weren’t great on the whole. Pool was freeeeeezing cold. Basic room. Lovely holiday though on the whole
