We had an excellent time here at Cappadocia view hotel. The staff were very attentive and nice. The room was spacious for 5 of us. Breakfast on the terrace was wonderful. We came in January, was very cold but we were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops.

Absolutely love the stay. Hotel itself is great doesn’t have a lot of breakfast options included (was not a big deal to us) as many great restaurants are with in 5 minutes walking distance

Excellent location , have a wonderful root where you can see the balloons for beautiful pictures , room very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly . Prices affordable .

We chose this property because of the great reviews, but it didn’t live up to our expectations. There was rampant black mold in the bathroom along with a persistent unpleasant odor. The shower doors had apparently fallen off and were replaced with torn makeshift shower curtains and it made for an unpleasant experience. The terrace is a great place to watch the hot air balloons, but some mornings the cushions had not been turned to keep off the morning dew so were too wet to sit on and several of the wickers chairs were damaged and would pinch your legs. The sliding door to get to the terrace was very difficult to open. For whatever reason, the main road, access road and parking area were mainly dirt and very rutted. The entrance to the hotel is on the side and not well marked. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful while others seemed lackadaisical. The breakfast buffet was limited and inconsistent in number and quality of items offered day to day. Tables were cleared but not cleaned between guests and napkins, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. were not on each table or were not refilled as needed. I think this hotel might have once been good, but it seems that someone has given up and they don’t really care anymore.

일단 엘리베이터가 없습니다 직원이 도와주긴 했습니다만 참고하시고요 시설이 새 것은 아니지만 그런대로 괜찮았습니다 한가지 단점이 화장실에서 하수구 냄새가 좀 납니다 화장실 문을 닫아 두어야 하더군요 화장실 환풍기를 켜면 이용할 때 별 문제는 없었습니다

Otel sakin, calisanlar güler yüzlü ve yardim sever. Muharrem Bey check in sırasında seyahat rotamızı oluşturdu, soru ve isteklerimiz için güler yüzle yardımcı oldu. Otel balonların kalkış alanına bakıyor, sabah teras veya odanızdan balonları izleyebiliyorsunuz. Seramik yapmak icin anlaşmalı oldukları yer var, ucretsiz deneme yapabiliyorsunuz. Acık hava muzeleri ve Avanos arabayla 5 - 15 dk mesafede.

Otelde hem temizlik hem hizmet oldukça iyiydi. Bir aile oteli idi. Kış aylarında olduğumuz için kahvaltıyı açık büfe yerine serpme kahvaltı olarak verdiler. Yeterliydi. Biz oldukça memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ediyoruz her şey için.

I cannot say enough good about this hotel. Right from the beginning the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, Ceyda and the other man we're always willing to help with any issues that we had. Friendly's staff we've seen yet in Turkey! The hotel's friendly resident Pomeranian and cat were such a joy as well. The rooms were spacious and clean with all the amenities you need. The view from the upstairs terrace allows you to see the hot air balloons in fairy chimneys. The location was very good and close enough to walk to the center of town and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was amazing, The price was unbeatable for what you get. The only issue we had it all was the very sketchy Wi-Fi in our room. The first couple of days it worked okay and then we couldn't get any wifi for our last two days in spite of attempts from the staff to remedy it. I think our room was too far from the modem so my recommendation for the hotel would be to get a extender so that some of the rooms farther away will still have Wi-Fi. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel.
