This place was surreal. The room was so beautiful and quiet, the staff was excellent even when I was a bit tired and grumpy the first day, the location and food and amenities were perfect. Honestly it was like a dream.

We had an amazing stay here! The staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The accommodation was clean, modern, and beautifully maintained, with stunning scenery all around. The location was fantastic, with everything within walking distance, making it so easy to explore the area. They have an amazing rooftop so we were able to have such a breathtaking view of the whole Göreme and the hot air balloons. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is like a fantasy come true. Stayed inside one of the cave rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The room was amazing and so were the amenities. The staff were all kind and helpful. Highly recommend you stay here.

The only negative experience was with the shuttle service that was going to take us to the airport, as he reported late and had a 10-minute stop during the journey to put gas in the vehicle. Our experience was fantastic, and Carus Cappadocia was one of the main reasons our trip was so memorable. The location of the hotel is excellent and easily accessible, the views are breathtaking, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. A special shoutout to Fatima, who made sure our days started with a wonderful breakfast and a smile. Give her a raise already! Our stay at Carus Cappadocia was truly amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is perfect, but most importantly, the service is impeccable. The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable, and went as far as giving us a complimentary cake to celebrate our anniversary. The cherry on top was Daisy, the resident dog, who was always there to greet us and play! We hope to come back very soon!
