Une HOTEL à ne pas allez

HOTEL a changer de nom avant que nous arrivons et notre réservation n'est pas prise en compte par la réception car il ne travaillons plus avec expedia pour cette raison nous avons payé plus chère que près vue et nous sommes séjourné seulement une journée aux lieux de 2 jours par manque de place.

立地もよくおすすめの宿です

立地条件はギョレメの中心であるバスセンターの近くで便利だし、屋上のテラスからの眺めもよくて満足です。ツアーなども割引料金で紹介してくださるので大変助かりました。おすすめの宿です。

一人節約旅には最適な宿

今回初めてのカッパドキアで、ギョレメの中心街に位置するこの好立地の宿を拠点にたくさんの観光地へ出向くことができました。生憎、宿主の日本人の奥さんは入れ違いでイスタンブールへご旅行でしたのでお会いできませんでしたが、 宿の雰囲気はよく、フロント兼テラスの 屋上は居心地がよくてギョレメの街が一望できました。部屋も清潔、シャワースペースもカーテンではなく扉だったので使いやすかったです。気に入ったので連泊したのですが、最初の夜に飛行機でネブシェヒルに移動し、そこからホテルへバスで向かったのですが、飛行機が遅れてしまい、宿に着いたのはなんと23時。辺りは真っ暗でしたが、宿主はフロントで仮眠して待っていてくれ(24時間フロントではありません)、心から安堵したのを覚えています。本当に助かりました。カッパドキアにまた来ることがあればまた是非利用させていただきたいです。

I don't have words to describe....

1. There were ants on the bed. 2. It was sooooo hard to open the bathroom door. My friend was locked. 3. Food was not delicious at all & There were flies in food.

Does Not Honor Hotels.Com Reservations

Do not reserve here! The hotel does not honor reservations from hotels.com, or from any other online service for that matter. The hotel had no rooms when we arrived, and said our hotels.com confirmation number was useless. They put us in a dormitory with other guests -- all of whom had booked on sites like hotels.com, and gotten confirmation numbers, only to be told no space was available. Hotel also has no air conditioning, malfunctioning heaters, windows that won't open, paper thin walls (even to the outside), and a terribly rude staff.

Best in the centre of Munich City

Classy hotel in centre of Munich city with all amenities available. Rooms pretty small but easily the best looking rooms I have seen. The front desk receptionists were very friendly and spoke good english. Breakfast was also very nice.

ホテルの立地、お値段からすると妥当かもしてませんが、スタッフの対応等がいまいちでした。 次は別のホテルに泊まりたいです。 宿泊代金を日本円で支払うと１０％割引となっていましたが、お釣りすらかえってこず、 帰りのホテル→カイセリ空港送迎も予約していたのに手違いかなにかでピックアップにこず。。。

日本人の方がいるので、非常に頼りになり安心です。歯ブラシ石鹸などは何もないので自分で持っていくか、近くの売店で買わなきゃいけません。

Great location and management. The owner is very concerned about maintaining quality and does whatever is needed to satisfy guests. We stayed at one of the "cave" rooms in March and the room was naturally cold. At our request, he provided us with an extra heater. The owner seemed to be honest and ethical. I did NOT get the impression that his recommendations for tours were based on commission he might be getting from tour companies. The breakfast is good. The view from the roof-top terrace is great. Cappadocia is a great place to visit; it is a "must see" if you are visiting Turkey. Renting a car is highly recommended in Cappadocia. Overall, I would stay at this hotel if I went back to Cappadocia. Their newly renovated cave room is beautiful and excellent value.

Great place, location and fantastic staff

we had an amazing time in the Gultekin, perfect for traveling with a 3 years old, staff was very helpful, friendly and very customer oriented. location is great as well - definitively will recommend this hotel for couples and for families! Thanks Salem, Victor and Julia, we enjoyed very much our stay with you and our son loved your company!!!

私たちはこちらのホテルで２日お世話になるつもりが・・・ 気球に２日共乗れず飛行機の予約もとっていて、もう気球をあきらめていたところ オーナーさんが飛行機の予約を次の日に変更の手続きをしていただきました。 そしてもう一泊お世話にならせていただき みごと次の朝気球にも乗れました。 また、こちらのホテルで気球のツアーを予約していたのですが カッパドキアに来る前にパムッカレに滞在していたときに、 親切にしてくれたトルコ人の日本語がペラペラな男性に 予約している気球のツアーは高すぎるからと言われ・・・ 前金を払って気球を乗った後で残りの支払いをする安く乗れる気球ツアーを紹介され まんまと信じてしまい・・・ 安さに心を動かされ前金を払って契約してしまいました。 でも実際そのパムッカレで契約した気球ツアーは存在せずだまされていました。 そのときも自分たちのミスなのにオーナーさんが助けていただき、 払ってしまった前金を取り返してくださりました。 とても素敵な笑顔のオーナーさん！！！ 本当にこちらのホテルには、お世話になりました。 またこちらのホテルを予約したあと すぐに奥さんが日本人の方で日本語でいろいろ カッパドキアの情報を教えていただきツアーの予約の手続きもしてくださり。 カッパドキアについてドタバタせずに快適に過ごせました。 またトルコにきたときは絶対に泊まりにきたいです。 朝食のパンがめっちゃ美味しかったです☆ あと、ローズバレイのハイキングツアーはおすすめです！！！

日本人は安心

4人部屋があるということで、利用しました。 シャワールームとトイレが一緒の作りになっており、トイレを濡らさない ようにシャワーを浴びるのに苦労しました。部屋の掃除は毎日入っては いましたが、かなり雑でした。 また、空港送迎等のアレンジをしてくれますが、空港で約束と違う値段を 言われ文句を言いましたが、搭乗時間の問題もあり支払いました。 少なくとも空港送迎は別でのアレンジをお勧めします。

Gultekin Hotel, Goreme

Very handy location with a great view from the rooftop balcony. The staff were very helpful although not all spoke English. The hotel is small and has a homely feel. The rooms are simple but comfortable.

Fantastic service, great location, unique cave living experience

Great location for this hotel with walking distance to Goreme city center where the famous Cappadocia caves are. The service is what sets this hotel apart. The owner Mr. Saleem and his wife helped us all the way and personally cared for us during our stay. The rooms are set in a unique Cave setting and give you feeling of true Cappadocia. Breakfast was served on the terrace personally by owners with a fantastic view of all Cappadocia region. This may be classfied as Motel, but this is nothing less than one of the best Bed and Breakfast atmosphere with great service. I highly recommend this hotel.
