Definitely outstanding. I love this hotel. Every experience here it was wonderful. The magnificent view from every part from the hotel and drinking the tea from there! Thank you Kemal and Sam. I enjoy so much my stay there. I hope to be in this place again. We traveled to Turkey and stayed in 6 different hotels and by far this was the worse hotel that we stayed at. Not to mention that we travel at least three times a year and have alot of experience with different hotels. We stayed in this property for two nights. The first night they gave us a very small room (we paid for a king suit) with no heat and dirty sheets! The second night they changed it to their what they called honey moon suit which was alot better room but still no heat! The gentleman (Kamal) was rude and when I asked its cold he said they don't have the part to the heater! At the end I asked for a refund of at least half of the first night and they refused to do that as well. Overall the picture that is put on Expedia's website is not the picture or the room which was suppose to have a king size bed that it shows and I look at this as "false advertisement by the hotel". I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are alot more nicer property with the same or less price tag to spend your time and have heat in your room. I have to add the other staff at the hotel were very nice and Nihat was very polite to us. The breakfast was also very good. I have no idea how this hotel is getting all the good ratings which fouled us and we booked it!!!

Helen Cave Suites was perfect for us and made our trip to Cappadocia even more special. Nihat was so kind and helpful with booking our tours and Balloon flight and giving useful information. Each time we arrived back from being out and about, if felt like the experience of Göreme just continued as the hotel is so pretty. We loved the location a little above the main town, as the view was beautiful and there was plenty of restaurants etc very close. The breakfast is extremely generous. We loved watching the balloons from the terrace. We absolutely loved it!

Nicely run place in great location
This was a last minute reservation for me due to travel changes. Turned out to be a great place. It is high up a hill and the upper levels of the hotel have a nice view of the amazing Cappadocia landscape. The breakfast was over the top - I was by myself, but was nonetheless brought an array of rolls, cheeses, vegetables, fruit, eggs, and pastries. The guy running the hotel seemed to be there nearly 24 hours a day. He worked very hard to make my stay the best it could be and was very helpful. I ended up getting the last room available and cannot compare my room to other rooms, but would note that my shower was very small (adequate but not spectacular). This was not a big issue for me though.

My mother and I cannot recommend Helen Cave Suites highly enough! Thank you again to Nihat, Kemal and all the wonderful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. It felt like a home away from home. During our stay Nihat was exceptionally helpful and kindly arranged the hot air balloon ride, tours, a photoshoot for myself with dress hire and transports; and also provided recommendations of places to eat and attractions not to miss. We booked everything via the hotel and really enjoyed every activity. Nihat and all the staff at Helen Cave Suites are very dedicated and hospitable; and their kindness and helfulness is truly appreciated. Our Cave Suite was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel as a whole is very pretty, clean and well presented. There is a lovely rooftop terrace with beautiful views morning and night. You can see the hot air balloons in the morning! A Turkish breakfast spread is included with a wonderful selection of food - always looked forward to this each morning. Location is a bonus. The hotel is in the heart of Goreme with easy access to the main street with all the shops and restaurants. Close to some great spas too. My mother and I had an amazing stay at Helen Cave Suites. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to all. This is the best hotel in Goreme! Thank you again Nihat/Kemal and the team for a very memorable stay. Your kindness, generosity and attentiveness is much appreciated and we wish you all all the best!

Exceptional!
Helen Cave Suites was everything we expected and more. The room was nice and comfortable. Very clean (except for some dust that somtimes falls from the cave ceiling in the bathroom, but that's normal since it is in a cave). The grounds are beautiful, and the views are exceptional. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Amazing hotel
This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and I will certainly return again. My family also share this view. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Even their pets are well behaved and not a bother at all. The hotel itself is very beautiful and relaxing in the summer and I loved spending my time there. It felt like I was staying with a family and treated like a special guest. The location is very ideal, only a short walk away from the main road, where you will find shops and restaurants. Locals are also very friendly. The valleys are beautiful and the activities are great fun - like the hot air balloon, horse riding and quad biking. 100% recommend.

We stayed in the Royal Suite for three nights and it was absolutely perfect. Fantastic location, amazing views from all areas of the hotel and the staff are so friendly! I would recommend this property to everyone who visits Goreme. The breakfast is also outstanding and we have not one single issue for our entire stay. We recommend staying in Goreme for your entire visit in Cappadocia and travel by rental car to the other towns and sites.

We loved our stay at Helen Cave Suites! Everything was perfect there and we would highly recommend staying there when visiting Kapadokya. The view from the terrace of the bar is breathtaking and definitely one of the very best places to relax and take in the beauty of landscape in the day and the town at night. Staying at Helen Cave Suites in a cave room was easily one of the most special memories of our travels across Turkey. There was very convenient parking just outside the hotel and everything was just a short walk down the hill into town. Enjoying the Turkish breakfast every morning on the terrace was also one of the highlights of our stay. The thing about Helen Cave Suites that really made it special was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and we can easily say we received 5 star service during our whole stay. Nihat especially made our stay a very special and memorable one. His help and generosity will never be forgotten. He is definitely the person that stands out as the warmest, friendliest and most helpful person during our travels in Turkey and we are very happy to have met him. Do yourself a favour and book your stay at Helen Cave Suites.

Amazing location and wonderful staff. The breakfast was incredible and extensive everyday too. We had a slight issue on our first night with the electricity but the team brought out electricians promptly to fix this. Generally a lovely place and I would highly recommend staying here. P.S The hotel dogs are wonderful too!

Great view over Göreme
The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere and was very close to the viewing platform, so it is a great location from which to see the balloons take off each morning. Staff were polite and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and warm and the jacuzzi bath was blissful!

It is a short walk from city centre. Good view for hot air balloons. The best part of the hotel is the impressive service they provide. The staff go extra mile to help you!

Our stay in Helen Cave was excellent. The staff are very attentive to our needs and very helpful. The family room was beyond our expectation, it was huge and very clean. We loved it very much. The breakfast was fantastic and very tasty. The terrace and the bar on the upper floor is the perfect spot to cap the night off and take amazing photos of the hot air balloons. They have 2 very adorable dogs and some cats in the hotel, which is very comforting for me, knowing that they take care of animals just like humans. We also booked our hot air balloon ride from the reception and we really got the value for our money. Worth it! If you're looking for the best place to stay at in Nevsehir, then this is the one.

The place is one of the best in the village. Due to the location of this hotel as it sits on the height you have the leverage to look around and you can have a clear view of the village and other properties plus the balloons from the roof. We stayed there for 2 nights and all the time, and regardless of what the clock said, someone or the other was available for us to assist. They even booked us for different tours and told us about the various places to eat and check before we leave and that too in just a snap of fingers, with no wait times, no long queues, or anything.

We had a fabulous and relaxing stay! The staff are very friendly and more than happy to help with tours. Great views from the common areas and the room was great too! Would definitely come back

Lovely place BUT avoid room 103
The hotel looks lovely from the outside, has beautiful grounds and in a great location. Staff was also really nice. The problem was our room, no. 103, in the alcove corner. It was spacious and came with a jacuzzi but it was too mouldy - both the bathroom and bedroom walls had black mould (and the smell of mould was especially bad in the bathroom as there's very poor ventilation and bad plumbing - water leaks from the jacuzzi). We didn't notice too much initially because the door was open to the room when they took us to it and it was s bit dark. It was after being away all day and coming back at night that we were hit with the smell. The staff offered to move us to another room, but it was much smaller than ours and on a higher floor (I had hurt my knee and needed to avoid stairs as much as possible). Since we only had one more night to stay (and we were out all day touring anyway) we sucked it up and asked for a fan instead to help airout the room. I don't think other rooms (that get more sun perhaps) have the same mould problem. So just avoid room 103 if you decide to stay here.

Such a lovely place to stay in Cappadocia! The staff was most helpful and we were so welcoming. We were especially fond of local residents "Lucky" and "Tacin", the mother and daughter hound dogs that made sure we felt like part of the family! What a wonderful environment to make memories that last a lifetime!

The hotel is well located .. the views from the rooftop bar exceptional .. furnishings in keeping with the “cave “ theme .. management receptive and helpful .. all in all a comfortable memorable stay
