Great staff - set up our hotel transfers and excursions. Very friendly and attentive to all our needs. Breakfast was lovely with wonderful service. Room was serviced daily. Easy walk to town, restaurants, and sights. Would stay there again - stayed five days.

The hotel is beautiful and very close to everything. Although the staff tried to be helpful, the hotel is not accessible for people with mobility difficulties, and getting around can be very inconvenient. The beds were old and hard, and the pillows had a sweaty smell. Breakfast was good and complete.

The hotel is very close to shops and amenities. The hotel staff are very friendly. The hotel is very clean. I was solo travelling and I felt very safe coming back late from excursions. There was always a member of staff manning the site. The views were excellent as well. I would recommend the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and unique, with spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. We arrived later in the evening and were greeted so warmly, and there was even a lovely tray of fruits and nuts waiting for us in our room. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful, only about a 5 minute walk to the center, so we were still close enough to enjoy all the hustle and bustle. The breakfast spread was good, with plenty of options to choose from. I also have to mention the shower, the water temperature and pressure were amazing! After a long day of traveling, it was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and for adding to such a memorable trip. We truly enjoyed our stay!”

This was a lovely place to stay, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and generous in every way. They were very accommodating with an early check-in and frequently went above and beyond to assist us. The cave-style rooms were delightful and offered a unique experience, and they were also very clean. I would definitely recommend to family and friends!

This property is so beautiful! Wish we'd had more time to just relax on the terrace and sit in all the nice viewing spots. The cave/rocky ambiance was so nice, and we were located close to town with lots of nice food options. Would highly recommend!

Hera Cave Suites combines stunning, authentic cave decor with an unbeatable location just a short walk from top attractions, dining, and shopping. The wonderful, incredibly helpful staff go above and beyond to ensure a flawless stay. One of the true highlights is the rooftop terrace, which provides breathtaking panoramic views of the morning hot air balloons. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly stay there again.
