Nice pool, dated room
Nice small hotel. Needs some TLC: bathroom in room very dated and a bit grotty. Service varying - have to ask to have room cleaned. Ambiance around the pool is lovely, this is probably the best bit.

Great location
It's nice hotel, strategic location, great breakfast, english speaking staff, but need some improvement. No place to hang our clotch and towel at bathroom, also no place to put soap and shower. We stay 3 days, and no one clean our room (we asked, but they don't clean it). But they are very helpfull to find me airport shuttle!

Good location, good pool, and breakfast. Good price. I stayed in one of the cabins, maybe the rooms are better. Hopefully for the next guest: the air conditioner will be repaired and the water won't keep going off, and the dog doesn't wake them up at 5am.

THE PROPERTY IS WELL LOCATED NEAR THE TOWN CENTRE WITH THE ROCK FORMATIONS IN THE BACK DROP.THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND VERY BASIC BUT DOES THE JOB.

Our room was built into volcanic rock so it was like staying in a cave, the staff was very nice, we do wish there was provision for a kettle, tea, coffee and free drinking water within the room, but the lack of that wasn't too much bother. They were happy to keep our luggage even after we vacated our room and called us an airport shuttle. I'd recommend this hotel to travellers to Göreme / kappadocia.

Calm stay at wonderful place - good value
It was very unique experience of staying in this city and this hotel. Mustafa was very helpful in arranging pick and drop for airport. Swimming pool and the location of this hotel was fantastic. Breakfast was also very good. Wifi had problems but all the other things were very good

We stayed in one of the larger rooms which was clean and comfortable. The location was good and the pool was inviting but not wam enough to try. Breakfast was pretty standard for Turkey but there was plenty of food on offer. Overall good value for what you pay.

Fiyat kalite endeksi çok iyi. Konumu mükemmel. Yürüyerek çoğu yere erişebiliyorsunuz. Bahçesi geniş ve iyi dekore edilmiş. Dinlenmek için ideal bir mekan. Havuz da güzel bir ambians katıyor. Sadece kahvaltısı biraz eksikti onun dışında bir sorun yoktu.

Hey Mahadi, I do not clearly understand what you mean because our breakfast is barely enough for these kind of boutique hotels and mostly our guests are so glad to be here especially if we are talking about our breakfast. Also We are so professional to host our guest and there is no one was complaining about our greetings except you. We are so sad to hear this but this is not fair which you should know. I will contact with Expedia Group support team to talk about this comment because it's not fair if we are comparing this with our price and kind greetings and services. I do hope you will get this on right way but, do not blame facility if you are not a kind person like how our guests are.

This is a great hotel in a perfect location at a walking distance from the open air museum and the view points for taking pictures of the balloons. The staff went above and beyond in helping me with all the questions I had about getting to know Cappadocia. It’s the first hotel I’ve been to where receptionist and staff actually care and helped me with questions I had without me even asking they offered to help me with information. The breakfast is good and the ladies that clean the room and serve the food are very friendly. The price is great for everything they offer. They contact you directo with travel agencies for tours. I will definitely come back to this place when I plan to visit Cappadocia again in the winter.

Öncelikle kahvaltı iyi, temizlik de gayet iyi ancak eşyalar çok eski olduğu için pis görünüyor. Ben olsaydım tüm eski mobilyaları boyardım, bu da öneri olsun. Çok sık otellerde konaklıyoruz ama bu otelde anlam veremediğimiz bir memnuniyetsizlik vardı bize karşı, bu site üzerinden daha uyguna tatil satın aldık mı diye bilemiyoruz ama üzüldük. Turistlere karşı çok sıcaklar ama. Otelde kahve yapmayı bilen kimse yok, 2 defa içtik yapmayı bilmiyoruz dediler kabul ama sıcak su alabilir miyiz dedik, tabi sorun yok dediler, sonraki gün eşim sıcak su almaya giderken başka biri azarlayıp buraya personelden başkası giremez demiş eşimde şaşırmış. Çıkarken kahve ücretlerini almadılar ama mesele para değil ki, 100 liranın hiç kıymeti yok. Biz gittiğimiz her yerde aile gibi olurken burada olamadık ve üzgün ayrıldık. Temizlikçi abla çok çalıştığı için 5 gün odamızı kendimiz temizledik, kıyamadık. Kahvaltımızı kendimiz topladık filan sevdiğimiz için. Odalar güzel, bahçe güzel ama 2 tane tavuk olsa bahçedeki tüm zararlı örümcekleri temizleyebilir çünkü çok gördük. Havuz olimpik değil ama yeterli175 ve 140 arası boy. Odaların kapısının önünde oturup çok geç saate kadar sohbet eden ve rica etmeme rağmen gülen turistler oldu, bu da can sıkıcı. Mert bey nazik biriydi, ona ilgisi için teşekkür ediyoruz. Umarız daha hoş bir zamanda tekrar deneriz 🌿🙏

Umarım bir gün gezmesini ve otellerde nasıl konaklanılır öğrenirsiniz. yazdığınız yorumlara tek tek cevap veriyorum. 1. burası butik oteldir. mümkün olduğunca antik eşyalar kullanıyoruz. pis görünmüyor, siz modern yeni eşyalar arıyorsunuz.o zaman butik otellerde konaklamayın. antik eşyalar boyanmaz. siz olsaydınız yapardınız ama biz doğallığı koruyoruz. 2.biz tüm misafirlerimizle güzel ve sıcak iletişim kuruyoruz, siz soğuk davrandıysanız bizim suçumuz değil bu. 3.otelimizde her çeşit kahve yapılır. 4. biz eşinizi azarlamadık. personel harici girilemez yere izinsiz girdiğinde 'beyefendi pardon oraya sadece personel girebilir' dedik. ayrıca odalar günlük isteğe göre bakıma alınıp temizlenir. temizlikçiye kıyamadık diyemezsiniz. otelden üzgün ayrılmanız kendiniz ile alakalı bir durumdur. The Hotel has a lot of potential, very nice place, beautiful rooms, lovely swimming pool and amazing location. but unfortunately we felt that the owners should have a bit more attention to details. Big majority of hotels in the same area-category would have given better service during breakfast, service and cleaning.

Cute hotel with a good location &really nice hosts
We stay es in our own bungalow. The family that runs the hotel is super nice and is happy to help with anything. They all speak English, some a little better than others. The hotel is only 3 minutes from Göreme's main street. So, you can get anywhere quickly . you can even Walt to the viewing point within 15 to 20 minutes from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was also good. In front of every bungalow or room there is always a table and chairs. So, you can sit in the sun, when it's nice outside.

Отель расположен очень удобно, рядом смотровая площадка с видом на шары, сам домик опрятный и уютный, есть кондёр, хозяева радушные и даже на нашу просьбу взять ковёр для съёмки пошли на встречу, крошечный минус за 3 дня у нас не убирались, но все остальное замечательно, во дворе ухоженный бассейн с лежаками, и купаться и загорать, спасибо нам понравилось.
