We liked the excellent condition of the property. Everything worked and the staff was friendly. The only thing we didn’t like was the rooms did not have refrigerators.

numerous issues with the room, Land phone not working, unable to call 911 in emergency. Wall plug not working. The plug was actually hanging out of the wall. Lamp was loose and falling over. Wash bason faucet would not shut off completely. Final insult breakfast was terrible eggs were cold.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was as expected for a hotel... toast, cereal, eggs, waffles. The hotel itself is a mere stretch of grass away from the highway so if you can't sleep in the passing lane than this isn't the place for you. We slept with the TV on so the noise didn't bother us too much. My biggest complaint is the water. It had a very strong bleach/chlorine smell/taste. It was too strong to even use to wet your toothbrush so we used bottled water. The sink leaked if it wasn't turned off carefully and the shower did not turn on and off properly. When it did come on you got a trickle and had to basically hug the wall to get a proper rinse. Not that you'd want more than a basic rinse as the shower water had that same chemically smell that left you walking around as if you had just climbed out of the pool instead of the bathtub. If you sleep like a log, are just passing through and won't need a shower this will do for a clean bed and a decent breakfast. If you plan on staying a while, you might be better off elsewhere.

Needed a place to change before a wedding we were in town for called ahead and was told should be able to check-in a couple hours early but once there was rudely told no early check-ins. After wedding around 9pm the front desk worker was very kind. Was put in room facing interstate and was very noisy all night. In the morning, summer sausage (no breakfast sausage patties or links). Room was clean and bed comfortable, would've had to been completely exhausted to sleep thru noise, cannot be any closer to freeway without being on it.

Just a couple of things that didn’t quite match my other stays at Hampton’s. To name a few....Breakfast wasn’t as organized, faucet in room leaked quite a bit, Hotel was close to a noisy highway, I asked for a printed receipt and their system was very slow in getting that accomplished. Not a huge thing but it added onto the other. Also, as I was waiting for the receipt I could see potting soil and other maintenance items sitting in the doorway to the office. Kind of an eyesore... As I said it just didn’t quite match my other Hampton experiences on this trip

Great Stay
We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn. We were greeted by a wonderful desk person. Our room was very good and we slept wonderfully on a wonderful bed. Breakfast was awesome, we had mini omlettes and smoked sausage, so very good. We love the coffee at the Hampton Inn, best coffee in the business!!!

Decent for a stay over but book through Hilton.
The hotel gave us a single accessible room instead of a two bedroom which is what I reserved. When we went back the lady at the front desk said that since we booked with Hotels.com the room was not guarrenteed.

There was a mixup on the reservation, but the staff worked it out. The noise from the freeway was loud. The wallpaper was peeling off in the bathroom. The tub had a film on it. The shelves were very dusty.

Everything was great except for the lack of urgency from the staff to make sure the rooms for the next day were clean and ready for us, had to wait almost 2 hours to get a room then the gentleman who was checking us in wasn’t going to offer a us a late check out time, even though it was their fault! He was very dismissive and unenthusiastic about the problem and the Hampton inn needs to fire him.
