"We were not told that this location had limited maid service only (offered only every 3 days). It was only upon asking on our 2nd night when we realized our room had not been given extra towels that we realized was not "changed over". When we did ask for extra towels or extra body wash, it was like asking for GOLD. She didn't have any additional face towels and no additional body wash. There was never any breakfast offered. Heaven forbid you ask for extra coffee for your room each day. As you can imagine, no coffee in the morning is no good. The hotel is outdated and needs an renovation very much. As soon as you pull up to the entrance, the ceiling is completely damaged. Lighting throughout the hotel needs an update. There is inadequate storage space for clothing, no doors on closet, the ice machine doesn't work on the 3rd floor so you have to go down to the 1st floor and down the hall) and no channel listing for the TV. I wanted to like this hotel a lot more but it's very difficult to do. "
