"My experience at this hotel was terrible. The bed sheets were dirty and smelled awful. There were roaches in the hotel. The staff ignored all my messages. I booked 6 days but checked out after 2 because I couldn’t sleep properly in those conditions. When I left, the staff didn’t care and didn’t even apologize. This was completely unacceptable."

Special thanks to Mrs. Merna from the Front Office for her exceptional professionalism, kindness, and cooperation. She went above and beyond to assist me and my daughter, making us feel very welcome and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. I would also like to thank Chef Hosam and Mr. Mahmoud at the restaurant for their excellent service and warm hospitality. The food quality, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made every meal enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant and comfortable stay. I truly look forward to visiting again."
