This place has BED BUGS nasty and the hot tub was broken in my room!!!! I ask for a refund and the manager has been avoiding me at all cost!!!! I WOULD NOT LET A STRAY DOG STAY HERE!!!!!!

Everything was great except even if you request a non smoking room/floor it still smells of smoke. I understand it’s a casino hotel so I did overlook this for the most part.
