Have stayed here frequently in the past but had a bit of difficulty finding them this year since they left the Clarion chain. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was very nice, rooms were clean and adequate. I was pleased with my stay and will come back again as I make regular stops in the Hamden-New Haven area.

Staff was very friendly. Carpet in room was stained. Hotel shares parking lot with a restaurant. The restaurant puts milk crates and compound buckets in random parking spots in the lot. Had to park in rear lot which appears to house some type of section 8 residents.

Breakfast was nice. Although our room number was in the 300's we were on the ground floor. We could hear a lot of door closing. Our bed was probably a queen not a king as requested. Carpet was wet in closet and near bathroom area. (Water leak somewhere)

The 1st room they tried to put me in the tv wouldn’t work and the manager admitted it was a problem! Average at best. Mildew stains and damage repairs to bathroom and tub. Paint damaged on walls. Some of the staff were too busy on their phones to help me at the desk or dining area. Very poor experience at best!
