I only booked one night as I was traveling through from PA to NH. They telephone didn't work in my room, but I really didn't need it. The staff does not greet you when you walk in the door or up to the desk. Everything in my room was good and clean except for the chair and stool, it need to be shampooed. Breakfast was really good. It was a hot breakfast and you can make your own waffle.

The staff went above and beyond made sure I was well accommodated. Breakfast was okay it was eatable: I will definitely go back. Cleaning and kitchen staff especially Luz was so welcoming and sweet. She made me feel welcome and at home.

Started off getting wrong room and being charged more. Was suppose to have one bed received 2 bed with balcony. Hotel blamed Expedia . Expedia blamed hotel . In the end Expedia gave 50.00 credit. Carpet nasty. Room smelled like someone smoked on balcony and lingered in. Everything in bathroom shower was rusty and old. The corners under floating sink were not cleaned. Needs a remodel really bad. One positive its located near a lot.

The place was fine. I enjoyed it., unfortunately, we couldn’t use the tub in the pool cause it was closed down for maintenance. The only issue that I have was in the room the way the AC is set up. It was kinda hard to get cool, air coming through the room, it was kinda hot for most part, but then somehow it got cool in the middle of the night, but I don’t know but other than that, the stay was pretty well breakfast was great

The staff was friendly and generally helpful. Our room was reasonably quiet and the a/c system worked, although its location apart from the main bedroom was awkward. The water pressure was excellent and hot water plentiful. Unfortunately, the television didn’t work (the remote had disappeared from the room before we arrived), the bathroom towels were quite thin and worn and, most distressingly, an unknown man with a key entered the room around 10:30pm the first night we were there. Fortunately, I was awake in bed (my wife was asleep, thank goodness) and when I called out he apologized and backed out. I didn’t get an explanation from the desk clerk the following morning.
