"I have stayed here lots of times, but this time it was a little different. I was in a room where the carpet was worn out and there was a place in the floor the sunk down if you stepped on it. We were on the 2nd floor, so that was scary. I did tell two different people at the front desk about it. .All in all it is a nice hotel, it just needs some upgrading."

"The property is clean and inexpensive - the two most important things I care about. The parking lot is in rough shape, and the lighting in both rooms I recently stayed in wasn't very good but these are trivial issues. If you are visiting Atlanta for its Route 66 connection or to see the American Giants Museum, this is the best place to stay."

"This is NOT a Holiday Inn Express. It is a Comfort Suites Inn. The location is excellent. I did not feel as safe and comfy as I do in Holiday Inn Express, so I was disappointed. Reported to Expedia and asked them to fix but they are still showing it as Holiday Inn Express. Has been reported multiple Times according to other reviews so ‘get er done’ Expedia. I’ll be booking with IHG direct from now on."
