I've been staying at this hotel a lot of nights and all the front desk staff (except the older gentleman) have a pathetic attitude and seem to be in a bad mood every day!! Seriously considering going to another hotel next time."

"The motel is located on the outskirts of the town, providing a safe feeling environment. The check in process was very easy, staff was friendly and they even offered cookies and coffee at check-in. The room was substantially smaller than expected based on the pictures. The room itself appeared clean albiet cramped and very dated. There was a VERY strong scent of mold upon entering the room, which unfortunately gave me a severe headache within a half hour of setting in. "

"There are a lot of hotels around Waynesboro but Im glad we chose Best Western. It is very clean. The free breakfast is great. Every member of the staff we met was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again."
