"Room was dirty with other peoples socks on the floor dust and hair everywhere. Sink in the bathroom was clogged and took long time to drain. Breakfast buffet was extra and was way expensive than worth it. Pool had way too much chlorine and no towels available."

"The breakfast comes from the Red Owl Restaurant which is on the corner of the property. It’s in a beautiful location directly across the street from the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall in a historic building. Elevators were readily available, accessible to multiple green areas. Valet Parking was tricky when there is significant traffic congestion and so little confused on what to do at first. But you can “park” for Valet on either side of the corner without concern just finding an attendant was a bit tricky since a little understaffed for the influx all at once. Beautiful hotel.
