New Kingman-Butler Holidays

"This is not the standard of most Holiday Inn hotels. Please do not come here expecting normal holiday inn quality. The hotel was not very clean, with dirt and trash littered up the hallways. The room was in disrepair with peeling couches etc. two of my children and I woke up with bug bites that seem to meet the characteristic bed bug description (and we have not been outside) and are trying to determine if it was actually bed bugs- which is very concerning. Will not stay here again."

"This Super 8 could easily be three stars, let’s start there. The carpet had stains -1/4 point. 2nd time I ever kept my flip flops on. The first was the motel next door. Also a Wyndham property. The soap was ungodly, smelled like embalming fluid -1/2 point. The Champion breakfast wasn’t -1/4 point. The night table lamp outlets didn’t work -1/4. The desk lamp on the table (desk) was gross. Absolutely disgusting from years of dirty hands -1/2. The poor attention to detail around the bathroom...

"Staff was awesome, the park was perfect. You wouldn’t realize your in the middle of Kingman when you wake up if you didn’t already know it. The room and all facilities were well maintained. Highly recommend."
