The hotel was really nice, the only thing is it was we couldn't use the hot tub because people where always in it, it was St Pattys day weekend which was very fun as we where up there to see friends that live close by. So i kind of expected the pool to be over crowded. The breakfast was good. Always love a good waffle. We would definitely stay again. :)

One of the nicest properties I have stayed at for under $100 in a long time. Big room, ok breakfast, didn’t use any other amenities but was very pleasantly surprised by the room. Desk personnel was kind of inpersonal but not rude.

I want my money back
The rooms and overall building was smelly and DID NOT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PICTURE we were given. When I talked with the front desk when we left he laughed at me and said it was a King Size room and I was set up with a Queen size bed.

Nice, comfortable stay but reservation issue
The only negative was we booked two rooms through Expedia. When we checked in we had only one room reserved even though I had a confirmation email for two. We did get a second room but that one was $30 more than I should have paid.

Do not stay here!
Found a bed bug in the bed. Called the frint desk and they came to the room. He killed the bug and when i asked for a different room they said none was available. I asked to speak to the manager and the front desk person said they would be in, in the morning. This was around 1am. I slept on the chair as i did not trust the bed. I had to drive 5 hours back home in the morning. When i checked out, i asked for the manager and they did not know when he would be in. I told them i should be compensated for this and he ssid he would talk to the manager. Still have not spoken to a manager. Ive called 3 times now.

Room was very nice clean. Breakfast was really good. Allowed us to eat in pool area and have a few drinks just no bottles allowed. The only real issue was ether the computer system was really slow or it was the lady helping us. Over 20 mins to check in. Everything went great once the gentleman behind the desk took over. Would recommend and will stay again.

First, the staff are very nice. My room was visited daily by the housekeeper however he/she did not vacuum my room, did not clean the sink and vanity, never replaced the soap or an ice bucket liner, did not wipe down my table/desk area and very lazily made the bed. Other than leave towels, and empty trash that was about it. What bothered me the most is that each day I had to walk past a large room that contained their utility items like washer/dryer, linens, etc and what looked like an employee desk. The room was filthy with linens to be washed strewn all over the floor, total unkempt mess of things used to service hotel rooms. The floor was all full of large stains. All full of misc.items/junk. This door is left open all the time! When you walk past this open door you see this revolting disarray and it tells me what they think of their guests and room presentation. (This room almost everyone has to walk by, located just off the lobby). Keep that door shut! Other than laziness (?) there is no reason to not keep that door shut and locked! And for safety reasons, if a child wandered in there! I can't comment on the breakfast area being a late riser. Be aware that this location does not have an elevator. Carrying tons of stuff up and down stairs was not something I was expecting.

It took 20min to check in when we had already prepaid online. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, but poorly trained. The manager was short with her when she asked him questions. We went to ask for the sheets and bedding for the pull out couch and what was handed to us was folded very poorly making us question the cleanliness. There were black mark on the sheets of the queen beds. The pool water was very salty. There also appeared to be questionable activities happening on the premise. We did not stay for the second night we had booked.

The only thing I did not like was there was no elevator and I'm disabled. I was also on the second floor. Other then that the place was perfect! Awesome staff. Good breakfast! Nice pool. :D I will stay here again!

I would not go here again. My room stunk like a dirty wet dog and was so bad i had to have the window open the whole time (last room available). The smell clung to my suitcase even after leaving...it was just terrible.
